CasCade Automation Systems B.V. provides a very wide range of thermocouples and PT100 elements. In addition to standard models that we usually supply from stock, we can make specials and deviating models, entirely according to your wishes and drawing.
A thermocouple is a temperature sensor to measure the temperature in industrial processes. In terms of appearance, a thermocouple resembles a PT100, only there is a different measuring principle. PT100 is based on resistance measurement, while in the case of a thermocouple the voltage difference of the hot weld between the two metals of which the thermocouple is made is measured. This voltage in microvolts is a measure of the temperature.
We supply thermocouples type K, J, T, R, S, E, B, N, PLII, U, L and C in the desired length, diameter and version. For example, we supply standard K type thermocouples from a diameter of 0.5 mm and almost any length is possible.
